If you are planning to build a house, a new business, or any other construction site, you may need to have your lot cleared. Phillips Enterprise specializes in lot clearing and site preparation. Before starting this business in 1993, the owner worked in the construction industry since 1979.
From start to finish on ground work, Phillips Enterprise can clear a piece of property of necessary trees, brush, and vegetation. We also focus on grading the lot and using a root-rake to smooth the area of construction to remove any debris.
We can haul the dirt needed to build a house pad and a septic pad, if necessary. We can also install silt fence to create a barrier for the construction site.

Drainage
If you are having difficulty with drainage around your house, Phillips Enterprise can give you a free estimate on installing French drains around your house or property to ensure that water does not puddle around your existing foundation.
